ATRIUM COURT
Interior Renovation, Newport Beach, California
Interior architecture, interior mall directory and signage design, and storefront demising design for the entire 75,000 square foot lower level renovation of Atrium Court at Fashion Island. Designed and constructed within seven months.

Sushi Bar
Schematic design of a sushi bar for Atrium Court at Fashion Island. The design creates two “sushi pods” designed to feature the prepartion of sushi by the chef. Cold-rolled steel beams symbolize ancient Japanese gateways.

Coffee Emporium
Conceptual and design development of cappuccino bar as an island tenant. Design features the cappuccino machine as the hub of the operation. Stainless steel, stained wood, and granite combine to create an upscale, high-tech setting.

Farmer’s Market
Interior architecture, lighting, fixture, and graphic design for the renovation of Farmer’s Market, a 16,000 square foot gourmet grocer in the lower level of Atrium Court at Fashion Island.

Graphic Design
Created escalator and elevator directional signage, directories, entry signs, and unique three-dimensional signs for tenants.

HUDSON’S BAY CENTRE

Interior design of downsized department store and retail shops in existing, historically significant 360,000 sq. ft. department store. Included coordination with associated architect, development of tenant criteria manual, food court design, and central feature elevator within.

JANTZEN BEACH CENTER
Interior Renovation, Portland, Oregon
Interior design for mall renovation which will add skylights, a food court, and an additional 60,000 squar feet of gross leaseable area to an existing mall on the former sight of an amusement park.

PACIFIC SUNSET

Created a new look through the use of graphics, signage, and lighting for a mixed-use office and retail complex that had never leased in three years. Scope included tenant sign criteria, retail and garage lighting and graphics, architectural building enhancements.
